Mario Alba – Owner

Mario has been in the business for 16 years and has worked from the bottom up, installing and repairing in the beginning, working his way up to sales, and eventually to owning the shop.  He has a true passion not only for the business, but for making sure the business is done right.  If you want to meet someone honorable, respectable, and true to his word in this business, look no further.

Pet Peeve:  Anything done poorly.  Whether you’re cleaning a spa or installing a pool, every detail needs taken care of.

Katelin Eaton

Kate is our Store Manager and Retail Director, but she also manages those that work in the Water Department.  With an eye for detail and a mind for factual data, Kate is great at not only making sure that we keep the water in your pool as spectacular as possible, in the simplest way, but she also keeps the store full of fun toys, useful accessories, and great aromatherapy.

Pet Peeve:  None, she’s a happy person!

Mike McCoy

Mike is our Service Manager and also helps run the store.   With almost 8 years on the job, he knows how to get done what needs done.  Whether your pool is leaking, you’re missing a part from a pump, or your spa is making funny sounds, Mike can help diagnose the problem and get it taken care of in the most efficient way possible.

Taylor and Cari

These ladies are here for all your water care needs.  With extensive training in testing and innate problem solving abilities, they will help you get your water crystal clear and keep it that way!  You can bring in water samples or just ask for recommendations on your pool or spa.  They can also look up your history with us to help you choose items based on what worked for you before!  These ladies are the backbone to the store and are here to help you with any of your questions or concerns.

Gary, Service Technician.

Typically busy, slightly dirty, and slightly grumpy, these guys work hard to keep everything running in tip-top shape.  They drive all around the state to do repairs and installations, so you’re bound to see them driving in one of our CIPS Vans around town sometime.  When you want a job done quickly and a job done well, this team will have you taken care of.  They are trained and certified for all pool and spa service need that needs to be met.
