The basic class will cover using your grill to cook the fundamental tailgating foods like, stuffed burgers, cupcake chicken thighs, pork chops, sides, and dessert! The advanced class will cover competition quality ribs, brisket, pork butt, and cooking on planks. Attendees will receive a BGE Eggcessory as part of registration.
