Mario, President
Mario is the President here at CIPS! He has been in the business for 20 years and has worked from the bottom up, installing and repairing in the beginning, working his way up to sales, and eventually to owning the shop. He has a true passion not only for the business, but for making sure the business is done right. If you want to meet someone honorable, respectable, and true to his word in this business, look no further.

Kate, Store Manager
Kate is our Store Manager and Retail Director, but she also manages those that work in the Water Department. With an eye for detail and a mind for factual data, Kate is great at not only making sure that we keep the water in your pool as spectacular as possible, in the simplest way, but she also keeps the store full of fun toys, useful accessories, and great aromatherapy.

Dan, Service Manager
Dan is our newest member of management. He has taken over as the Service Manager here at CIPS and is excited and ready for what the position has in store for him! Dan has been with us at CIPS for several years now and has worked his way up from previously installing pools out in the field. Dan has many years of pool and spa care under his belt and we are glad to welcome him to the team!

Luis, Service Technicians
Luis has been with CIPS for 8 years. He is one of our service technicians. He does everything from pool openings, pool closing, pool repairs, and spa repairs. He is also our pool table installer. He truly is a jack of all trades. In his spare time you will usually find him spending time with his family or working on cars!
Jesus, Service Technicians
Jesus has bene with CIPS for 7 years. He is a service technician. You can find him doing anything from opening pools, closing pools, repairing pools, repairing hot tubs, and delivering hot tubs. In his spare time Jesus enjoys spending time with his family also working on his cars!
Jake, Service Technicians
Jake has been with CIPS for 3 years now. He started has a helper working summers while he was in high school. Over the years he has worked his way up to full time service technician helping with all your pool and spa needs. In his free time he enjoys volunteering in the community.
April, Water Lab Technicians
April has been with CIPS for 4 years. She is a water lab technician as well as a retail associate. With her years of experience in the pool business you will either find her in the water lab or out in the field helping out on weekly service. In her spare time April love to bake anything from cookies to cakes!
Tami, Water Lab Technicians
Tami is our newest member at CIPS. She has been for a year. She is a water lab technician and a retail associate. In Tami’s free time you will often find her hitting the links of a golf course!
